May 26, 2015 Aluminum alloy 2219-t87 anybody??? I got an order for a part 2.337 thick x 6.400 x 9.150 made from AL 2219-T87 plate. (See rough picture) The floor thickness finishes up at .280 and 2 of the four the walls at .210. I was looking to rough these out and then stress relieve them in house.
